Before you come
- 18+ only. Every night is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. No exceptions, even on the guest list.
- Bring a valid photo ID: ID card, passport or driving licence. Photos or copies of an ID aren't accepted.
- No ID, no entry. Door staff check everyone, however old you look.
- Have your ticket or guest-list name ready, and open your RAVE SYNERGY door code before you reach the front of the queue to collect your points.
- The door has the final say. We can refuse entry to anyone who is too drunk, aggressive or breaking our house rules.
- Times and venue details are on each event. Check them on the day, in case anything changes.
Our house rules: zero tolerance
Our nights only work when everyone on the floor feels safe to be themselves. That's not up for debate. We have zero tolerance for:
- Harassment of any kind: unwanted touching, groping, following someone, sexual comments or not taking no for an answer.
- Discrimination: racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or picking on anyone for who they are.
- Violence, threats or aggressive behaviour towards anyone, including our staff and artists.
- Spiking drinks or giving anyone a substance without their clear agreement.
- Dealing drugs, or bringing weapons of any kind.
- Filming or photographing people close up without asking, especially people who are vulnerable or unaware.
What happens: anyone breaking these rules is removed straight away, without a refund, and banned from future RAVE SYNERGY nights and from their account on this site. Where the law is broken, we involve the police.
If something happens to you or someone near you: tell any member of staff, security or the bar, straight away. You don't need proof. We believe you, we act discreetly, and we'll help you get somewhere safe. After the night, you can also email us at info@ravesynergy.com or message @rave.synergy on Instagram.

What to bring
- Your ID. Always.
- A charged phone. Your door code needs internet, so open it before you arrive.
- Earplugs. Good ones keep the music clear while protecting your hearing for years of nights to come.
- Comfortable shoes and layers. It gets hot on the floor and cold outside.
- A card or some cash for the bar and your way home.
Leave at home: glass bottles, anything that could be used as a weapon, and big bags. Security may check bags at the door.
Cloakroom and your stuff
- Where a venue has a cloakroom or lockers, it's on the event details. Use it for coats and bags.
- Keep your phone, cards and keys on you, in a zipped pocket.
- Don't leave drinks or belongings unattended, and never accept a drink you didn't see being poured.
Getting there and home
- Plan your way home before you go out, not at 5am.
- Don't drink and drive, and don't get in a car with someone who has.
- Use a licensed taxi or a taxi app, and check the car and driver match before getting in.
- Arrive and leave with friends when you can. Share your live location with someone you trust.
- If your phone is dying, ask the bar or staff for help getting a taxi.
Look after yourself and each other
Long sets and hot rooms are part of the night. So is looking out for the people around you.
- Drink water regularly, in small sips, and take breaks off the floor to cool down.
- Alcohol and heat add up. Pace yourself, and eat before you come out.
- Mixing substances, including with alcohol, makes things much more unpredictable and dangerous.
- Check on your friends, and on anyone who looks lost or unwell. Never leave someone alone who isn't okay.
- Get help straight away if someone: is very hot and has stopped sweating, is confused, can't stand, won't respond, is having a fit, or is struggling to breathe. Tell staff or security immediately. Nobody gets in trouble for asking for help.
Emergency in Greece: call 112 (European emergency number) or 166 (ambulance). Stay with the person and tell staff where you are.
